A format I haven’t really touched upon in Gulls Window Circus is compilation LPs. Compilations are rich because they offer a frame of reference through the known artists on them, yet also contain many unknown artists that the compiler can’t help but include. That is catnip to me! Today’s show contains post-punk (and punk) compilations, and offers a wild ride. I hope to do more compilation shows – there is SO much great music to be heard!
